Does my subscription includes domain & hosting?
Only Gold and Diamond plans includes one year of hosting. None of the plans includes domain. Charges may apply if transfer from server to server is need it. Some restriction may apply.
Can I upgrade or downgrade packages?
You can upgrade to any package at any giving time.
How many request/design can I have?
You can make at many request as you like, delivery can vary per request. Typically a simple design has a delivery rate of less than 24 hours. IF you cancel a subscription, any task/request/design that are in “progress” are the ones that will be worked on. Some restriction may apply.
Is there any contract?
Yes. All plans require contract Pricing can change at any moment.* Prices won’t change while your subscription is active.*
